On 23 March 2010, at approximately 0800 hours I was scheduled for an MRI. I had called the day before and spoke to Mr. Thiara, who gave me entry instructions into the building. I am quite familiar with the Yuba/Sutter area but not the new medical buildings on Plumas Street.

I arrived at my scheduled time and was met by the front desk and completed my insurance forms and other documents that were required.

Within a few minutes Mr. Thiara arrived and introduced himself and led me and my wife Patsy to his area of responsiblity. Seldom in life do people really take the time to realize what others do in the performance of their daily tasks. I am a hard case, Vietnam Veteran and a proud serviceman that has served twenty-three years of active duty before retiring in 1983. I tell people I have been everywhere twice. I was a linquist in the military.

The professionalism, kindness and outstanding ability that was showed and provided by Mr. Thiara and his assistant Mr. Pister should not go unrecognized. They are true professionals in their chosen field. There is no doubt that you as the Chief Executive Officer should be extremely proud of these young men and their dedication to duty. It is folks like them that make an old war horse like me feel right at home and comfortable within my surroudings.

Therefore, I wish to extend an "ATTA BOY" to both those individuals for their caring and sharing. I was impressed and you all should be proud of the services that you provide to this community.
